The studio is
one person.
No agency. No account managers. No feedback loops. When you hire Kajabi Ninja, you hire the one operator who builds every pixel β and answers for every result.
βI'd rather be the person who answers for the work than the person who assigns it.β
How I ended up living inside Kajabi.
I'm Poncho β a solo Kajabi specialist based on the USβMexico border, between Mexicali, Baja California and San Diego, CA. Bilingual, async by default, and close enough to both markets to build for either one without missing the nuance.
I didn't set out to specialize. I went deep on one platform because going deep is the only way to get genuinely good at anything β and I stayed. 300+ projects later, I know what Kajabi can do, what it can't, and exactly where to push when a build needs to do something the platform wasn't obviously designed for.
Somewhere along the way I made a decision most people in this space don't: I stayed solo on purpose. No team to manage, no account layer between you and the work, no telephone game where your intent gets diluted three handoffs deep. One brain holds your entire project, start to finish.
I work nightly shifts, so wherever you are in the world, we make it work. Fewer meetings, faster decisions, cleaner execution β and a direct line to the person actually building the thing.
Officially a Certified Kajabi Partner β a perfect record that's inconveniently public.
Why one brain beats a whole agency.
An agency spreads your project across a sales rep, a project manager, a designer, and a developer who've never spoken to you. Here, all of that is the same person β so nothing gets lost in the handoff, because there is no handoff.
Solo by design
One brain holds your entire context β strategy, design, and build. Decisions are consistent because they come from one point of view, not a committee.
Async-first
No meetings unless you want them. Updates, decisions, and feedback happen by message, on your schedule β not mine. Your calendar stays yours.
Fast progress
First real deliverable in week one. You see actual work β not status updates β before we're anywhere near halfway through.
Conversion-first
Every layout choice is a revenue decision, not a decoration. I diagnose where the funnel leaks and build so the site actually earns its place.
Clean handoff
Fully editable inside Kajabi, with a walkthrough video and documentation. You're never dependent on me to change a headline or swap an image.
Honest fit
I only take projects where I know I can move the needle. If we're not a fit, I'll tell you β and point you somewhere better.
I see Kajabi from every angle.
Most people who build on Kajabi are only one of these. Working across all three is what turns a good-looking site into one that actually performs.
The Builder
Years hands-on, daily, inside the platform. I know its limits by heart and exactly how to bend them β so βKajabi can't do thatβ usually turns out to be wrong.
The Strategist
I read the funnel, not just the layout. Before touching design, I find where attention and revenue leak β and build the fix into the structure itself.
The Creator
I run my own course business serving the Latin American market. I've launched, sold, and lived on the other side of the platform β so I build like an owner, not a vendor.
Built for creators who've already proven it.
We're a fit if
Probably not if
Ready to see what your site could actually do?
Tell me where your Kajabi site is falling short. If I can move the needle, you'll know fast β and you'll be talking to the person who'd actually build it.
